Weekday Weekend Workshop is a free service offered by Weekday Weekend through the Weekday Weekend platform. By accessing and using this service, you agree to comply with, and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Use of CAD Drawings
All CAD drawings provided through Weekday Weekend Workshop are intended solely for educational and personal learning purposes.
You may view, download, and utilize these drawings exclusively for your own practice and skill development in CAD modeling, or to teach and educate others in CAD modeling.
2. Restrictions on Use
You may not sell, distribute, or license any CAD drawings provided through Weekday Weekend Workshop, whether in their original form or as modified by you.
Manufacturing parts based on these drawings for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Use of profanity or hate-speech when participating in the Weekday Weekend Workshop Leaderboards is strictly prohibited. Deciding what constitutes hate-speech is entirely at the disgression of Weekday Weekend.
Your Weekday Weekend Workshop Leaderboard submission may be manually or automatically removed at any time without warning.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly stated, all CAD drawings and designs provided are the intellectual property of Adam Noble, or are used with proper permission from their respective owners.
You may not claim ownership or seek intellectual property protections on any of the designs provided through this service, unless you are the original owner.
Any likeness to another CAD design, project, or commercial product is purely coincidential.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is highly valued. When you submit a completion time for a Weekday Weekend Workshop challenge by pressing the "Submit Time" button, you will be given the option to submit a nickname, country of origin, and the CAD software you used, in order to participate in Weekday Weekend Workshop Leaderboards.
Additionally, the time you took is automatically gathered according to the timer shown on the drawing screen.
Your participation in the Weekday Weekend Workshop Leaderboards for CAD challenges is entirely voluntary, as is submitting your time.
Weekday Weekend may collect basic personal information from you, such as your IP-address, for the sole purpose of protecting this website from malicious actors.
Weekday Weekend may use your IP-address to restrict your access to this website for rate-limiting purposes.
5. Liability
Neither Weekday Weekend, nor the authors of the provided CAD drawings, are responsible for any or all consequences arising from the use or mis-use of CAD drawings, including but not limited to damages and/or death.
Neither Weekday Weekend, nor the authors of the provided CAD drawings, are responsible for any or all consequences arising from sharing private data through the leaderboard submission system.
6. Amendments
Weekday Weekend reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will appear on the top of this webpage, in place of any previous version of these terms. Previous versions will be lower on this webpage.
By participating in Weekday Weekend Workshop, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
