I'm a jack of all trades, master of none. I dabble in writing music, playing music, CAD, 3D printing, graphic design, photography, video games, white-collar hacking, and shooting sports, among many other things I'm sure I'm forgetting.
I have one cat named Chipmunk.
I like most video games, although I can't stand MOBAs and I suck at FPS games.
Some of my favorite games of all time include Stardrew Valley, To the Moon, Shadows of Doubt, and many more.
I prefer Cherry MX Blue or Green key switches, or equivalent.
Although my channel doesn't look like it, I've been doing YouTube for more than 12 years. Most of my old videos are now private, as they were under a different brand.
I got into CAD around 2023 when I started 3D printing. I learned the basics in TinkerCAD, and very quickly moved to OnShape for a more full CAD experience.
A few months later, I started to have a change of mindset. I began to dislike the idea of online-only software, thinking of them like streaming like Netflix. I started to look for more options.
I switched to Alibre for CAD in July of 2023, and I've been with them ever since. I'm not sponsored by them, I just like that there's no subscription required, and all my files are kept locally on my machine.
Once Too Tall Toby added a $10/mo paywall to his practice models in November of 2024, I decided I wanted to give the next CAD hobbyists the same learning tool I had. Thus, Weekday Weekend Workshop was born.
